AI Data Privacy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This AI Data Privacy page explains how Vloom handles the prompts, uploaded images, settings, generated videos, task records, and limited diagnostics involved in AI video generation.

Vloom generation is performed with self-hosted AI models on systems operated for Vloom. User generation content is not sent to third-party AI generation services.

Generation content is kept only for short-term creation history and re-use features, then deleted from Vloom-operated generation systems no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if you delete the creation or your account.

1. How Generation Data Is Used

When you request an AI video, Vloom uses the text prompt you enter, optional images you choose to upload, selected settings, task status, and generated output to create and deliver the requested video.

This information is processed only for the selected generation feature, creation history, account delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and support if you contact us.

02

2. Self-Hosted AI Processing

Vloom uses self-hosted AI models running on systems operated for Vloom.

We do not use third-party AI generation services for user-requested generation, and we do not send prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, or generation task data to such services for those requests.

Non-generation services such as Apple App Store billing or support communications may operate separately under their own terms, but they are not used to perform Vloom AI generation.

03

3. Uploaded Images and Face-Related Safeguards

When you select a photo or image as input, that image is uploaded to and processed on Vloom-operated generation systems only to create the video you requested.

Uploaded images are used as visual input. Vloom does not perform facial recognition, does not create facial-geometry data, does not create biometric identifiers, and does not use uploaded images to identify a person.

04

4. No Model-Training Use

Vloom does not use personal information, prompts, uploaded content, input images, generated videos, account identifiers, task identifiers, support messages, or diagnostic logs to train general-purpose AI models, foundation models, or separate model-training systems.

Your generation content is handled to provide the requested app function, not to build a shared training dataset.

05

5. Storage and Deletion

Prompts, uploaded input images, and generated videos are stored only for short-term creation history and re-use features. They are deleted from Vloom-operated generation systems no later than 36 hours after creation.

Deletion may happen sooner if you delete the creation or delete your account through the in-app account, profile, or settings area where account features are available.

Limited billing, tax, marketplace, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, backup, and legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Retained records are not used for AI model training.

06

6. User Control and Support

Generation starts only when you choose a generation feature and submit the relevant prompt, image, or settings.

Where accounts are available, Vloom provides account deletion from the in-app account, profile, or settings area. You can also contact support if you cannot access the app.
