Apple App Store purchases are normally refunded through Apple. Use Apple's Report a Problem page, Apple purchase history, or Apple support channels from the Apple ID used for the purchase. If Apple approves the refund but your Vloom entitlement does not update, contact support with proof of the approved refund.

Subscription options may issue credits for AI generation. Credits and paid entitlements can vary by plan, region, platform, expiration, app version, refund status, and checkout terms shown in the app or by the store.

06

Yes. AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, similar to third-party content, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review outputs carefully before publishing, relying on them, or using them commercially.

07

Does Vloom send generation data to third-party AI services?

No. Vloom uses self-hosted AI models on systems operated for Vloom. User prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, and generation task data are not sent to third-party AI generation services for requested generation.

How long are prompts, uploads, and generated videos kept?

Generation content is kept only for short-term creation history and re-use features. Prompts, uploaded input images, and generated videos are deleted from Vloom-operated generation systems no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if you delete the creation or your account.

10

Does Vloom identify faces in uploaded photos?
